  A number of motorcycle riders (25+) stayed at the Siesta Villa over the weekend of 4/5/6 November 2016, for the annual Snowy Ride. this place IS motorcycle friendly, loads of parking. Very comfy rooms, terrific views from the balconies. A nice quiet off the main road weekend getaway. The facility is the perfect spot to unwind after a hard day's ride. Once booked in, just don't have to go anywhere else, everything at your finger tips. Excellent menu (I recommend the lamb rump and the filet steak on the (very) hot stone. Everything on the menu is top restaurant quality food and excellent value for money! A great selection of beers, (Australian and imported) wine and spirits are available at pub prices. Nat and Dave run the place, very friendly people and they make you most welcome from book in time! Do yourself a favour, don't spend loads of hard-earned cash on the yuppie places in and around Jindabyne, give these very hard working folks a go, book in stay a day or two, you won't be disappointed. I will be back next year...!

• Review of "Edzell - Waterfront Holiday House in East Jindabyne" at East Jindabyne

  We have stayed at Edzell a number of times now. It is fantastic accomodation which has made our holidays in the snowy incredibly special. If you could envisage a perfect retreat my guess is that it would closely resemble this place. Rolling lawns, secret gardens and a tennis court. Views looking out to a shimmering lake and vast mountain ranges. A roaring fire surrounded by cozy couches and a bar. A games room equipped with a full sized pool table and satellite TV. Less than an hours drive to a selection of ski resorts and 10 minutes drive to town. This place ticks all of the boxes. Perfect for a family or a big group of friends. You would struggle to find better value anywhere else. Restorative, luxurious and memorable!

  Food and service were both subpar. Came for stone grill. Was okay. Waiters were nice but food was slowly prepared especially when kids food came 15 minutes after everyone else's.
